The 112th China Stationery Fair Hits New Record High

China Stationery Fair (China Stationery Expo and Office Supplies Fair) is a three-day trade event being held in June annually. With over 100 sessions history and the reputation as the NO.1 stationery exposition, China Stationery Fair has become the most influential and attractive interactive stationery platform in Asia. It also provides the best opportunity for manufacturers both home and abroad to seek business and development in the stationery market.

With special support from the Ministry of Commerce of PRC, hosted by Comexposium-CSF (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and supported by China Commerce Association for General Merchandise, the 112th China Stationery Fair has attracted more than 900 exhibitors and 41,000 visitors to participate in this grand event. Over 2,000 booths and 46,000 square meters exhibition space have staged a most influential and significant event in the stationery industry.

According to Comexposium-CSF, apart from traditional large enterprises like HERO, ZEBRA, D&S, Our Story Begins, Artline and GuangBo, etc., the total 936 exhibitors also include 300 or so new exhibitors such as Domain Lion, Cuckoo, Kidsland and Class302, etc. More than 41,000 visitors coming from 32 countries or regions (a 7.9% increase compared to that of 2017) have attended the exhibition, covering distributors, wholesales, retailers, educational institutions, department stores, online stores and other professional procurement groups. The stationery fair just hits new record highs.

The exhibition scope mainly covers 16 categories: office supplies, office equipment and consumables, students’ supplies, teaching supplies, gift stationery, cultural and creative products, writing instruments, papers and paper products, art supplies, drawing instruments, leisure and entertainment products, mechanical equipment, industrial arts supplies, festival supplies, authorized supplies & customized items, and other cultural-related products. It’s reported that cultural and creative products have received a craze from visiting audience.

Some special activities also highlight this year’s stationery fair. For example, the Summit Forum gathered several famous CEOs or general managers from manufacturing enterprises, OEM enterprises and distribution enterprises in the stationery industry to share their views on the development direction of stationery enterprises and development trends of stationery products.

The organizer of the fair has also organized a special activity to interact with its audience. CFS has launched in advance “The 112th China Stationery Fair Star Products Evaluation Activity” on its official WeChat platform for people to vote for their favorite products. In the end, the top 15 voted products have won the prize for 2018 CFS China Stationery Fair Star Products and the top 35 voted products have won the prize for 2018 CFS China Stationery Fair People’s Choice Award.

Apart from the summit forum, industry seminars, voting activities and drawing contest, it’s worth mentioning that the organizer has specially invited tea masters to demonstrate teapot-making process to the audience right on the spot. As one of China’s traditional culture, tea culture is greatly favored by all professions and trades. Watching teapot-making process, drinking and tasting tea as well as learning tea culture, all have added lots of fun to the exhibition.
